To further support Labour Intensive Public
Works programmes in the Covid-19 context, the
International Labour Organisation has further
provided Government with technical and financial
support, to the tune of USD300,000 to reach out
to communities in Arua Urban City Centre.
The work in Arua will provide opportunity
for learning of emergency response planning
and implementation to allow scale up to the
14 urban centers and 16 flood affected districts
