Hon. Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi

Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs

Hon.Florence Nakiwala was born in 1972, in Kimanya, Masaka District.

She studied at Makerere University, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

While there, she was elected to the executive committee of Nkoba Za Mbogo, the Buganda students’ organisation at Makerere University.
